Jennifer is experienced & fully qualified to treat you with the following methods:

REMEDIAL MASSAGE – designed to treat superficial and deep tissues of the body. Incorporating different techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue & Trigger Point therapy, remedial massage is responsible for releasing endorphins in to the body, relieving muscle tension and flushing the body of metabolic waste (ie: lactic acid).

PREGNANCY – great care needs to be taken with massage and pregnancy. There are trigger points capable of inducing labour.

WORK COVER & ACCIDENTS – Extra care and attention is given when working with workers compensation and accident clients. We take in to consideration all special needs, including cause and date of injury and prior treatment. Within the time available, we progress as quickly as possible so you can get back to work and back to your life sooner. Physical, mental and emotional states are all taken into consideration as they are all an important part of the healing process.
